Guidelines for Using the CampusCare®/CampusSoft® Parent Portal

How to Log In to the Parent Portal

  1. Open a supported browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Enter the school URL donboscocampuscare.in in the address bar to access the login page.
  3. Input your User ID, click "Next," then enter your Password and click "Sign In."

Upon successful login, you will have access to assignments, news, circulars, exam schedules, fee details, and more. Explore all available links to stay informed.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Open a supported browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Enter the school URL donboscocampuscare.in in the address bar to access the login page.
  3. Click "Forgot User ID or Password?" below the User ID field.
  4. Select your User Type, enter your registered mobile number, and click "Reset."
  5. Receive an SMS with your login credentials on your registered mobile number.

How to Make an Online Payment

  1. Open a supported browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Enter the school URL donboscocampuscare.in in the address bar to access the login page.
  3. Log in with your User ID and Password, then click "Sign In."
  4. Navigate to the "Online Payment" menu.
  5. Select the installment to pay and click "Proceed."
  6. Redirect to the Payment Gateway page.
  7. Choose your payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) and complete the transaction.
  8. Upon successful payment, receive a fee receipt and SMS confirmation.

Note: If payment details are not displayed after a transaction, check "My Payment" in the Finance section. If your account is debited but no receipt is generated, contact the school office or email us.

How to Install and Use the Mobile App

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for CampusCare®.
  2. Install and open the CampusCare® mobile app.
  3. Enter the school portal URL donboscocampuscare.in in the link bar and verify.
  4. Log in with your User ID and Password.

After logging in, access assignments, news, circulars, exam pages, fee details, and more. Explore all features to stay updated.

Note: Regularly update the mobile app to ensure smooth functionality.
